Heavy-hadron molecular spectrum from light-meson exchange saturation

If known, the spectrum of heavy-hadron molecules will be a key tool to disentangle nature exotic states that are being discovered in experiments. Here we argue general features molecular can deduced from idea short-range interaction between heavy hadrons is effectively described by scalar and vector meson exchange, i.e. $\sigma$, $\omega$ $\rho$ mesons. By means contact-range theory where couplings saturated aforementioned light mesons indeed able postdict $X(3872)$ (as $D^* \bar{D}$ molecule) three $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4440)$ $P_c(4457)$ pentaquarks $\bar{D}\Sigma_c$ $\bar{D}^* \Sigma_c$ molecules). We predict $J^{PC} = 1^{--}$ $D \bar{D}_1$ molecule at $4240-4260\,{\rm MeV}$ which might support hypothesis $Y(4260)$ least partly molecular. The extension these ideas baryons requires minor modifications, after recover approximate SU(4)-Wigner symmetry two-nucleon system approximately reproduce masses deuteron virtual state.
